A General Operative is required to join a busy manufacturing environment.
This is a varied, hands-on role involving the assembly and refurbishment of cast iron cookers, spray painting, shot blasting, welding, and general production duties. The successful candidate will have experience working in a factory, workshop, engineering, or manufacturing setting and be confident using hand and power tools.
Key Requirements:
- Previous factory, manufacturing, engineering, or workshop experience
- Good practical and mechanical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Welding, spray painting, or shot blasting experience would be an advantage
- Forklift licence beneficial but not essential
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm (1-hour lunch break)
