General Manager opportunity. This is a Mullingar based role
- Own the multi-company P&L, forecasting and capital allocation
- Standardise SOPs, pricing discipline and service delivery
- Lead the sales strategy, with particular focus on recurring revenue
- Build major client, supplier and stakeholder relationships at the level the platform demands
- Ensure compliance with all safety, security and AHJ regulation across every site
- Champion HSEQ culture
- Identify, evaluate and integrate acquisitions in the detection and security space.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 5 years in fire detection, life safety or security
- Minimum 5 years leading a multi-site or group structure at GM or equivalent level
- Demonstrable P&L ownership at scale
- Track record of building, mentoring and holding to account a senior leadership team
- M&A integration and B2B major-account management experience
Desirable
- Degree in business, engineering or related discipline
- Lean / operational excellence background
- Experience driving a digital operating platform across multiple businesses.
