The Role
You'll be involved in all aspects of day-to-day insurance operations, managing a broad portfolio of personal lines business while supporting commercial insurance activities. From renewals and quotations to policy administration and client servicing, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
✔ Managing renewals, new business, quotations and mid-term adjustments across Motor, Home, Van, Travel, Farm and other personal lines products.
✔ Building strong relationships with clients and delivering outstanding customer service.
✔ Identifying opportunities to retain and grow the existing client base through cross-selling and proactive account management.
✔ Liaising with insurers and underwriters to obtain competitive quotations and process policy changes.
✔ Maintaining accurate policy records and client documentation using broker management systems and insurer portals.
✔ Supporting general office administration, invoicing, payments and compliance activities.
About You
- Insurance experience essential, preferably in a broker
- APA qualified or currently working towards qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Personal Lines insurance products.
- Exposure to Commercial Lines would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills.
- Strong IT skills and confidence using multiple systems.
- Self-motivated, adaptable and happy to work as part of a small team.
