You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of client portfolios, working closely with Advisors, clients and providers to deliver a seamless service. This is a busy, varied role with strong exposure across the full financial planning lifecycle.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- QFA qualified(or nearing completion)
- 2+ years’ experience in financial services administration
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments & life assurance
- Experience working with provider platforms (Irish Life, Zurich, Aviva etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
