Financial Controller
Parkwest, Dublin | Permanent | Office Based
FRS Recruitment are delighted to partner with a leading international manufacturing business to recruit a Financial Controller for their Dublin operation.
This hands-on role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the finance function while working closely with senior leadership to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, cashflow and variance analysis
- Manage month-end and year-end close
- Produce financial reports and management commentary
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Manage cashflow and working capital
- Maintain strong financial controls and ensure regulatory compliance
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors and external stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- 2–3 years' post-qualified experience
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Experience preparing management accounts
- Excellent Excel skills
- ERP systems experience, Business Central advantageous
- Strong analytical and communication skills
