Financial Controller
Location: Limerick
Full-time, Permanent
A well-established and growing multi-site business in Limerick is seeking a Financial Controller to take full ownership of the finance function.
This is a key hire and will suit a qualified accountant who enjoys a hands-on, commercially focused role with direct access to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheet and cashflow
Ownership of budgeting and forecasting, with ongoing performance analysis
Driving margin improvement and cost control
Managing cashflow and working capital
Oversight of payroll and day-to-day finance operations
Leading and developing a small finance team
Ensuring strong financial controls and compliance
Supporting senior management with clear financial insight
Candidate Profile
Qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA or CIMA
2 to 5 years post qualification experience
Background in an SME or operational environment
Strong commercial awareness
Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced role
