Job Overview
An established and growing financial services organisation is seeking a Financial Advisor to join its team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to develop a long-term career within a professional and supportive environment. The Financial Advisor will work closely with local management and colleagues to grow the financial solutions business.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve agreed revenue and business targets across Life, Pensions, and Investments.

Conduct comprehensive fact-finds to identify and prioritise customers’ financial planning needs and objectives.

Provide high-quality, compliant financial advice in line with regulatory and company standards.

Proactively develop internal and external relationships to promote and grow the financial solutions offering.

Operate in line with defined quality standards, processes, technology, and procedures.

Ensure full compliance with internal policies and all regulatory requirements.

Take ownership of ongoing professional development, continuously improving sales capability, technical knowledge, and industry expertise.
Education & Qualifications

Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.

Recognised financial qualification (e.g. QFA, CFP).
Experience
-
Proven ability to identify customer needs and make appropriate recommendations in relation to Life, Pensions, and Investments.

Sales experience with intermediaries and/or the general public.

Self-starter with high energy and a strong results focus.

Proficient in MS Office and electronic point-of-sale/administration systems.
