Location: Tralee, Co. Kerry
Position: Full Time, Permanent.
On behalf of our client, who has a branch office located in Tralee, Co. Kerry, we are seeking a Financial Advisor to join their team. Our client specialises in financial services including Mortgage Protection, Pensions, Savings, and Investments. As a financial advisor you will provide professional financial advice and tailored solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assess clients’ financial circumstances, goals, and risk tolerance.
- Provide advice on Mortgage Protection, Pensions, Savings, Investments, and financial planning.
- Develop and review personalised financial plans.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain referral networks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of financial products and planning principles.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in financial advisory, enterprise support, or business guidance
- Self-employed experience or a strong entrepreneurial/self-starter mindset
- Relevant financial qualification, such as Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) or equivalent.
Competitive salary with performance-related bonus/commission. Business Start-up Allowance (BSA) may be available, subject to eligibility.
