The Role
As a Financial Advisor, you will provide professional, compliant, and tailored financial advice to clients, supporting them in achieving their protection, investment, and retirement planning goals. You will manage and grow client relationships while delivering high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Provide financial advice across life assurance, pensions, investments, and protection products

Build, manage, and develop long-term client relationships through regular reviews and ongoing engagement

Conduct comprehensive fact-finds to understand client objectives, financial circumstances, and risk profiles

Develop tailored financial solutions aligned to client needs and goals

Manage an existing client base while identifying opportunities for new business growth

Prepare and maintain accurate compliance documentation and client records

Ensure all advice and processes meet Central Bank of Ireland regulatory requirements

Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver a high-quality client experience

Maintain ongoing professional development and industry qualifications
Requirements
-
QFA qualified (or working towards) is essential
-
Experience providing financial advice within the Irish market (typically 1+ years, but all levels considered)

Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products
-
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships

Experience managing client portfolios and CRM systems
-
Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills
-
High ethical standards and a strong focus on compliance
