FRS Recruitment is recruiting a Filing Clerk on behalf of a healthcare client based in Tullamore. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail, supporting the management of medical records in a busy healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing, filing, and maintaining medical records within designated filing rooms

  • Ensuring patient files are accurately stored, tracked, and retrieved as required

  • Preparing, moving, and organising charts and records in line with healthcare procedures

  • Updating records systems and carrying out data entry where required

  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering strictly to GDPR and healthcare data protection standards

  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team

Requirements:

  • Immediately available
  • Previous experience in an administrative, filing, or records role desirable

  • Experience handling medical records is an advantage

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
