FRS Recruitment is recruiting a Filing Clerk on behalf of a healthcare client based in Tullamore. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail, supporting the management of medical records in a busy healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing, filing, and maintaining medical records within designated filing rooms

Ensuring patient files are accurately stored, tracked, and retrieved as required

Preparing, moving, and organising charts and records in line with healthcare procedures

Updating records systems and carrying out data entry where required

Maintaining confidentiality and adhering strictly to GDPR and healthcare data protection standards

Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Requirements:
- Immediately available

Previous experience in an administrative, filing, or records role desirable

Experience handling medical records is an advantage

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
