Job Vacancy: Technician – Colour Systems (Field Based – Midlands Ireland)

An exciting opportunity is available for a field-based Technician to provide technical support for tinting machines, dispensers, and shaker systems across the Midlands of Ireland.

This position is ideal for candidates based in the Midlands region, including West Dublin and surrounding areas. The successful applicant will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and refurbishing tinting machines, dispensers, and shaker systems at customer sites.

The role is well suited to someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, has strong problem-solving skills, and is comfortable working independently while contributing to a knowledgeable and supportive technical team.

About the Role

The Technician will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and refurbishment of colour system equipment at customer locations. This is a field-based role covering the Midlands region, and candidates should be based within a reasonable driving distance.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain tinting machines, dispensers, and shaker systems.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and basic software faults.

• Carry out planned service visits and preventative maintenance.

• Refurbish machines and manage spare parts inventory.

• Complete service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.

• Deliver a professional and customer-focused service at all customer locations.

Who Should Apply

• Candidates with strong mechanical or technical aptitude.

• Experience in equipment servicing, maintenance, production, engineering, or similar technical roles is advantageous.

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage a field-based schedule.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Full clean driving licence is essential.
