The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with scientific teams, understands laboratory workflows, and thrives in a field‑based environment. You’ll support a diverse portfolio of consumables, reagents, and lab technologies, helping customers improve their day‑to‑day processes through hands‑on guidance, training, and technical product support.

You will manage a territory across Ireland, building strong relationships with scientists, lab managers, and technical stakeholders in universities, research institutes, government labs, food testing facilities, and industrial QC/QA environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory management across Ireland with regular customer visits

  • Support scientific workflows through product training and applications guidance

  • Deliver technical demonstrations for consumables and lab technologies

  • Build strong customer relationships with scientific and technical stakeholders

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support

  • Participate in scientific events including exhibitions, seminars, and conferences

Experience & Skills Required

  • Degree in a life science discipline(biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or related field)

  • 3+ years in scientific or laboratory sales

  • Strong understanding of lab consumables, reagents, or workflow tools

  • Ability to work independently and manage a field‑based schedule

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and customer‑focused mindset

  • Willingness to travel nationally

  • Full clean driving licence
