Estates & Facilities Manager – Co. Meath
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Estates & Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, compliance and effective management of a large, multi-site property portfolio across Ireland.
The role will involve:
- Managing planned and reactive maintenance programmes
- Leading and supporting a maintenance team
- Managing contractors, budgets and procurement
- Overseeing statutory compliance, inspections and certification
- Coordinating refurbishment, adaptation and minor capital works
- Supporting asset management, energy efficiency and lifecycle planning
Requirements:
- Level 8 qualification in engineering, construction, facilities management or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 year's recent management experience in maintenance, estates, facilities or technical services
- Experience managing maintenance teams, contractors and budgets
- Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
Location: Co. Meath, with regular travel across multiple locations.
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
