FRS Recruitment is seeking an Estimator for a well-established Main Contractor delivering projects across the Midlands, Dublin and Leinster.
The Role
- Prepare detailed estimates and tenders for construction projects.
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documents.
- Complete quantity take-offs and cost assessments.
- Obtain and assess subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Identify commercial risks and opportunities.
- Work closely with commercial, construction and management teams.
- Support tender handovers on successful projects.
What You Need
- 3+ year's estimating experience in construction.
- Main Contractor experience in Ireland or the UK.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and costs.
- Excellent numerical, analytical and commercial skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines.
- Relevant Construction/QS qualification is an advantage.
