Our client, an established and ever growing precision manufacturing company based in Dublin, is currently seeking an Estimator Engineer to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a manufacturing engineering, quotation, estimating, or NPI background who enjoys working across costing, supplier coordination, and technical customer projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, BOMs, and costings for customer projects
- Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing and components
- Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Production teams
- Support labour costing and project timelines
- Maintain BOMs and routing information within the ERP system
Requirements
- Engineering background within manufacturing or production environments
- Experience in estimating, quotations, costing, or NPI preferred
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Strong Excel and ERP system experience
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Experience working with suppliers and technical teams
