Job Description
An Enterprise Account Executive is required to join a North American sales team, based in either the United States. Reporting to senior revenue leadership, the role focuses on growing enterprise and SME customer accounts and driving new business across a defined regional territory.
The role involves selling SaaS-based products including cloud platforms, e-commerce tools, lab systems, retail solutions, EMR, and omnichannel applications to eyecare chains and multi-site customers across the US and Canada. Full product training will be provided.
Regular travel across North America is required for client meetings and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of SaaS solutions across enterprise and SME eyecare organisations in the US and Canada
- Develop and run strategic account plans to secure new business and expand existing relationships
- Prepare sales proposals, pricing, and quotations for prospects and clients
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline activity within a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce)
- Provide reliable forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Build and maintain long-term client partnerships aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Product, and Development to support successful delivery
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Maintain up-to-date sales materials and presentation
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent professional experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in enterprise SaaS sales across North America
- Experience of achieving or exceeding sales targets in complex solution-based sales environments
- Solid understanding of IT systems, including requirement gathering and troubleshooting
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Desirable Experience
- Exposure to healthcare or optical software solutions advantageous
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to large or multi-site organisations
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
