We are seeking an Energy Sales / Insulation Executive to join a growing team delivering energy-efficiency solutions to homeowners across Leinster and surrounding regions. This is a field-based technical sales role offering qualified homeowner referrals and opportunities to help clients access government grant incentives for energy upgrades.
Energy Sales / Insulation Executive
- Conduct on-site surveys to assess insulation, ventilation, and energy-efficiency opportunities.
- Advise homeowners on insulation solutions, cost savings, and available grants.
- Prepare and present quotations, follow up, and close sales to meet targets.
- Support homeowners with grant applications and ensure works comply with standards and regulations.
- Provide accurate survey information and project scope to installation teams.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
- Manage leads, referrals, and CRM records to track activity and sales performance.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ proven sales experience, ideally B2B; experience in construction, insulation, retrofit, or building products advantageous.
- Understanding of insulation systems, construction methods, and energy retrofit principles.
- Strong consultative selling, closing, and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Professional and confident when engaging with homeowners.
- Full clean driving licence and eligibility to work in Ireland required.
