An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced retail professional to join a busy store as Deputy Manager.
You will support the Store Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team, driving sales, maximising store performance and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Motivate and lead the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Lead by example, delivering outstanding customer service.

Support recruitment, training and development of team members.

Monitor sales performance and use reports to improve results.

Oversee daily store operations, stock management and compliance.

Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store standards.

Support the Store Manager in driving profitability and continuous improvement.
The Ideal Candidate:

At least 1 year's retail management or supervisory experience.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Commercially minded with a focus on sales and profitability.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Confident using sales reports and performance figures to drive results.

A passion for retail, fashion and delivering a great in-store experience.
