Customer Service Representative – Motor Trade

📍 Naas, Co. Kildare
🕒 Full-Time | Contract

An established and growing organisation within the commercial vehicle sector is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their Service team in Naas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional with strong motor trade experience to join a busy and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the service process
  • Coordinate workshop schedules to maximise efficiency and capacity
  • Manage customer bookings, service plans, and workshop communications
  • Liaise between customers and workshop teams regarding repair progress and authorisations
  • Ensure labour and parts availability ahead of scheduled work
  • Process repair orders, invoicing, and service documentation accurately
  • Manage CVRT bookings and loan vehicle scheduling
  • Proactively promote additional products and services where appropriate
  • Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain high standards within the customer reception area
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service delivery

Requirements

  • Previous experience within the motor trade/commercial vehicle industry is essential
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Technical understanding of commercial vehicles or workshop operations
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong IT skills
  • Positive and professional approach with a strong team ethic
