My client, a well-established multinational based in Shannon, Co. Clare, is currently seeking English-speaking and multilingual Customer Service Advisors to join their growing team supporting commercial clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a retail or hospitality background who are looking to transition into a corporate, office-based environment with structured training, clear processes, and long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver a high standard of customer service to both customers and internal stakeholders

Manage customer queries, tasks, and emails in an organised and timely manner

Learn and effectively use internal IT systems and tools

Develop strong knowledge of products, transit times, bookings, and tracking processes

Handle customer complaints and claims professionally, escalating where required

Analyse reports and collaborate closely with the wider team
-
Maintain accurate information on internal systems and intranet platforms

Contribute to continuous improvement and process development initiatives

Adhere to established standards, procedures, and service level agreements
Candidate Requirements

Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
-
1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar service-led role

Strong self-management and motivation skills

Proven ability to work towards individual and team targets

Good understanding of reporting tools and basic data analysis

Strong PC skills, including Excel

Excellent spoken and written English
Language Skills

Fluency in a European language is a strong advantage, particularly:
French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or Dutch
