Customer Service & Operations Coordinator – Naas (Fully Onsite)

Role Overview:
Our client, is seeking a motivated Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to join a busy, fast-paced team. This role combines customer service, operations support, data entry, and systems administration. You will work closely with multiple internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide excellent support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers via phone, email, and internal systems.

  • Process and update orders.

  • Provide operational support across departments such as Sales, Accounts, and IT.

  • Generate reports, maintain records, and perform data entry efficiently.

  • Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure operational processes run smoothly.

  • Assist with general administrative and office tasks as required.
