Customer Service Agent
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join a busy and supportive customer operations team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality support to customers while guiding them through enquiries and applications related to energy efficiency and home improvement programmes.
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers, delivering a positive and professional experience via phone and email. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys helping people, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a structured, process-driven environment.
Responsibilities

Handling inbound calls and emails

Providing a high standard of customer service in line with quality guidelines

Supporting customers through application and enquiry processes

Completing follow-up actions and general administrative tasks

Accurately updating internal systems and customer records

Managing customer queries and complaints in line with internal procedures
Requirements

Previous experience in a contact centre or busy office support role

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow processes and deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education & Experience

Minimum Leaving Certificate
