Customer Care Co-ordinator | Remote | €30,000 Pro Rata
I’m currently recruiting for an exciting Customer Care Co-ordinator opportunity with a well-established international company.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service, Sales Administration or Commercial Administration professional who enjoys a varied role, working with customers and collaborating across multiple teams.
📍 Remote
💰 €30,000 pro rata
📄 Permanent / phased employment contract
The working pattern:
- June – November: 2 days per week
- December – May: Full-time, 5 days per week
The role will involve:
- Managing the end-to-end customer order process
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Processing orders through an ERP system
- Handling customer queries, complaints and resolutions
- Coordinating with Operations, Sales, Logistics, Finance and other teams
- Supporting contracts, reporting and month-end administration
- Helping identify opportunities for process and service improvement
I’m particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have experience in customer service, sales administration or commercial administration, ideally with experience using an ERP system and managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
