Job Title: Customer Account Management Executive
Location: Roscrea Co Tipperary (IE BASED)

Salary: Salary relative to experience. Opportunity to earn more through competitive monthly and quarterly commissions and bonuses.
Hybrid: 2 days in Office in Roscrea and 3 days from home per week
About the Role:
As part of our clients growth and expansion, we are looking for a Customer Account Management Executive to assisting customers with their annual subscription renewals and delivering a “best in class” customer experience to our customers, delivering the happiness we promise. You’ll receive full support to succeed, including comprehensive product training, sales coaching, and ongoing mentoring. You’ll get the support you need to be successful, with product knowledge, training, support skills and on-going mentoring.
Responsibilities:
Engage and renew customer subscriptions: Proactively call customers whose subscription renewals have failed to renew subscription and upgrade them to the most suitable paid plans where appropriate.
Cancellation and objection handling:
Work closely with customers who have requested cancellation to understand why and help resolve any issues they may have. Comfortable having difficult conversations around billing.
Meet and Exceed Activity and Revenue Targets: Ensure you reach your monthly quota in terms of revenue and call activity
Maximize every interaction: Ensure each member interaction delivers value, encourages app usage, and supports long-term retention.
Champion the member experience: Work closely with your team and manager to foster a culture where the member experience is central to everything we do.
Share insights and feedback: Collaborate with internal teams by sharing customer feedback, recurring issues, and product suggestions to help improve the overall experience.
Represent: Support event preparation and attend key farming shows in Ireland and abroad, helping to grow the brand and educate both current and potential members on our app and roadmap.
The Person, the skills and attributes required for this role:
- Person with previous experience working in a support driven environment, possessing strong communication skills, motivation and ambition to handle customer renewals and queries.
- Person with experience from a farming background has an advantage, that said full product training will be provided to successful candidate.
- Is a people person with excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
- Person who is open, good listener and is keen to learn new things.
- A proactive organised person with excellent time management skills and can work as part of a team and on their own initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and can deliver a ‘best-in-class’ customer experience.
- Has experience of using customer relationship management systems, is adept at using multiple systems and following process.
