CSA Project Manager (Civil, Structural & Architectural)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to lead the delivery of civil, structural, and architectural packages on large-scale construction projects. This role involves overseeing key elements such as concrete, structural steel, cladding, and roofing, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall project delivery including cost, programme, and budget control.
  • Lead CSA work packages across civil, structural, and architectural scopes.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Track key milestones and ensure timely delivery of project phases.
  • Review construction methodologies, scopes, and pricing submissions.
  • Chair and attend project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor construction costs and prepare detailed financial reports.
  • Support procurement activities, including long-lead items and package sequencing.
  • Review and validate subcontractor valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Oversee project close-out, ensuring all documentation, snagging, and handover requirements are completed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years’ experience in a CSA Project Management or similar role.
  • Strong background in managing structural, concrete, steel, cladding, and roofing packages.
  • Experience delivering large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, cost control, and procurement processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with project management tools is advantageous.

Desirable

  • Experience working on complex or mission-critical projects (e.g. data centres, pharma, large commercial builds).
  • Familiarity with design & build or fast-track project environments.
