The Role

As CSA Lead, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of all Civil, Structural and Architectural works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of all CSA works from design through to project completion.
  • Manage project budgets, labour resources, costs, commissioning activities and overall performance.
  • Establish and oversee reporting, documentation and programme management systems.
  • Coordinate closely with the client, design consultants and project management teams.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships through regular progress, cost and programme updates.
  • Champion a positive Health & Safety culture, ensuring full compliance with company and statutory requirements.
  • Drive quality standards across all CSA activities.
  • Work collaboratively with MEP and Commissioning teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

About You

  • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience leading CSA packages on large-scale Data Centre, Mission Critical or Industrial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and coordination of Civil, Structural and Architectural works.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors while maintaining programme, quality and safety objectives.
