Corporate Trust Operations Associate
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Overview
An international financial institution is seeking a Corporate Trust Operations Associate to join its growing Dublin team. The successful candidate will support the processing and administration of Corporate Trust transactions, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a high standard of service for clients and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Corporate Trust transactions including account setups, amendments, transfers and payments.
- Review and interpret operational documentation to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
- Investigate and resolve operational queries and processing exceptions.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support client requirements and operational improvements.
- Support testing and implementation of system and process enhancements.
- Assist in training and mentoring less experienced team members.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls and operational procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years' experience in Financial Services Operations, Securities Operations, Corporate Trust, Custody or Asset Servicing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within Corporate Trust, Securities or Capital Markets Operations.
- Knowledge of bonds, fixed income products or securities processing.
- Experience working within a regulated financial services environment.
