Responsibilities

Configure and manage Copilot; deliver pilot and wave-based rollouts (cutover & hyper-care).

Manage license assignment by cohort; validate Teams and Exchange prerequisites.

Enforce least-privilege access using M365 roles and Entra PIM (JIT, MFA, approvals).

Monitor service health, audit logs, and support incident triage during rollout.

Prepare SharePoint/OneDrive: remediate permissions, reduce oversharing, enforce governance.

Implement and validate Purview sensitivity labels and DLP controls.

Support site owners with readiness checks and resolve access blockers.
Required Skills / Experience

Strong M365 engineering (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive).

Experience with wave deployments, cutover, and hyper-care support.

Entra PIM / JIT access management experience.
-
Microsoft Purview (sensitivity labels, DLP).
-
SharePoint governance and permissions remediation.
Nice to Have

Copilot rollout/governance experience.

M&A or multi-entity environments.

Runbook creation and structured readiness frameworks.
