Due to continued growth and a strong order book, our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their expanding Dublin team.
The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of multiple construction projects, typically managing two to three medium to large-scale developments alongside a smaller fit-out project. Current and upcoming projects include residential, student accommodation and mixed-use developments, with typical project values in the region of €20 million and programmes generally spanning 2–3 years.
Working closely with Project Managers, Commercial teams, Design Managers and senior leadership, you will provide strategic oversight across multiple live projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the successful delivery of multiple construction projects.
- Support and mentor Project Managers and site management teams.
- Monitor programmes, budgets and overall project performance.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely and to the highest quality standards.
- Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
- Chair progress meetings and report to senior management.
- Ensure contractual and commercial objectives are achieved.
Requirements
- Third-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
- 10+ years' experience with a main contractor, ideally within the Irish/UK building industry.
- Previous experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager.
- Proven delivery of residential, student accommodation or mixed-use developments.
- Strong commercial awareness and programme management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience managing multiple live construction projects simultaneously.
