Contracts Manager
A leading supplier in the window, door, and construction solutions sector is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple installation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple sites to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and internal departments.
- Oversee project budgets, labour costs, variations, and financial performance.
- Lead project meetings, handovers, and programme planning.
- Ensure full Health & Safety compliance and site documentation.
- Monitor progress, quality, and resolve site or contractual issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Strong site or contracts management experience in construction/installations.
- Knowledge of commercial windows and doors sector preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple live projects.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full Driving Licence.
- Safe Pass & Manual Handling.
