The Role
You’ll work primarily with inbound enquiries, engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and converting qualified leads into new business. With full training and ongoing support, this is an excellent opportunity to sharpen your commercial insurance and sales expertise while building a strong pipeline.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Responding quickly and professionally to inbound sales enquiries
• Conducting fact-finds to understand client requirements and recommend suitable cover
• Managing your sales pipeline to maximise conversion rates
• Building relationships with decision-makers and industry contacts
• Identifying cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
• Supporting onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new clients
• Tracking and reporting on your sales activity and performance
• Staying compliant with all regulatory requirements (CBI, CPC, GDPR)
What We’re Looking For
• Proven commercial insurance experience (essential)
• APA or CIP qualification (essential)
• A natural closer who enjoys hitting — and exceeding — targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Resilience, drive, and a proactive approach to sales
