As a Commercial Account Handler, you’ll manage and service a portfolio of SME clients, becoming their trusted advisor

What You’ll Be Doing
• Building strong, lasting client relationships as their go-to contact
• Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), endorsements and policy changes
• Negotiating with insurers to secure the best terms and coverage
• Ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards
• Keeping accurate records across all systems
What We’re Looking For
• 1+ year experience working with SME/commercial risks
• Strong knowledge of the Irish insurance market
• Min APA in Commercial Insurance (essential)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence
