The Role

Manage renewals, mid-term adjustments, queries and claims

Act as a key point of contact for commercial clients and insurers

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Build and maintain strong insurer and client relationships

Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards

Contribute positively to team collaboration and meetings
The Person

Experience in a commercial insurance broker or insurer environment

APA or CIP (Commercial Lines) essential
-
Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal skills
