The Role:
✔ Manage and service a portfolio of commercial clients
✔ Handle renewals, MTAs, policy administration and client queries
✔ Support new business growth through cross-selling and up selling opportunities
✔ Negotiate terms and pricing with insurers
✔ Work closely with Account Directors and Underwriters
✔ Deliver exceptional customer service and tailored insurance solutions
✔ Maintain compliance and accurate documentation throughout the client life-cycle
The Ideal Candidate:
✔ Min 2 years within a commercial broking environment
✔ Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and policy wordings
✔ CIP qualified
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Organised, detail-focused and process driven
✔ Strong negotiation and client servicing ability
✔ Experience with Relay and Microsoft Office advantageous
