KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and engage prospective business clients
- Conduct risk assessments to understand clients’ insurance needs
- Prepare and present tailored insurance solutions
- Negotiate policy terms and renewals with insurers
- Manage client portfolios and ensure timely coverage adjustments
- Handle claims support and advise clients on their options
- Maintain strong relationships through regular client consultations
- Keep up with industry trends and regulatory changes
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years’ experience in the insurance market
- Strong sales and customer service background
- Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
