Clinical Nurse Manager III – Nursing Administration

Essential Requirements
Each candidate must:
- Be registered on the General Division of the Register of Nurses maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) (essential)
- Have a minimum of five years’ post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting, including at least five years in a management role (essential)
- Hold a current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or be actively working towards obtaining it (essential)
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Possess the ability to effectively engage with staff at all levels, both within and external to the organisation
- Show proven clinical competence and professional capability
- Have strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and use initiative
- Have completed a management training programme (desirable)
