We are seeking a CNMII to join client`s Bed Management department. This is a 37.5-hour per week role. The work pattern will require the candidate to work every second weekend, along with additional shifts.
- Be registered on the general division of the register of nurses maintained by NMBI and hold a current NMBI PIN.
- Have at least 5 years post-registration experience in an acute setting, with a minimum of 2 years at management level (essential).
- Experience in facilitating effective and efficient use of hospital bed capacity (desirable).
- Ability to analyse, report on, and implement changes in practice (desirable).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with staff at all levels both within and outside the organisation.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Enthusiastic and highly motivated, with strong leadership abilities.
- Proficient in the English language.
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to think analytically and solve problems effectively.
- A methodical approach with attention to detail and precision.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and use initiative.
