An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager I to join a leading cancer service in Limerick. This is a rewarding leadership role where you'll combine clinical excellence with team management to deliver outstanding, patient-centred oncology care.
You'll support the day-to-day running of the unit, lead and mentor nursing staff, coordinate high-quality patient care, and play a key role in service development, quality improvement, and clinical governance.
What we're looking for:
- Registered General Nurse with active NMBI registration
- Minimum 3 years' oncology nursing experience
- Oncology postgraduate qualification(or equivalent)
- Competency in IV/Oral chemotherapy administration, CVAD management, IV cannulation, and venepuncture
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
