Requirements:
- Registered nurse with NMBI (general division)
- 2–4 years’ post-registration experience in an acute setting
- Strong clinical, communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Proficiency in English
Desirable:
- Relevant post-registration qualification
- Management training (diploma level) and/or leadership experience
- Knowledge of clinical governance, risk management, and audit
- IT skills (Microsoft Office)
