FRS Recruitment are working with a leading private hospital in Dublin seeking a Clinical Specialist Orthopaedic Physiotherapist to join their inpatient physiotherapy team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the delivery of orthopaedic care within a multi-disciplinary team in a patient-focused, innovation-driven environment.
The Role:

Lead and co-ordinate the Orthopaedic Inpatient Physiotherapy Service, ensuring high-quality patient care.

Manage, mentor, and develop the physiotherapy team.

Liaise closely with orthopaedic surgeons and MDT colleagues to plan and deliver patient-centred care.

Participate in service development, clinical audit, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
-
Maintain operational standards, including policies, guidelines, staff rostering, and accreditation requirements.

Provide education and support to staff, students, and colleagues across the department.
Requirements:

Degree in Physiotherapy & CORU registration
-
Extensive post-graduate experience in orthopaedic physiotherapy

Post-graduate qualification in Orthopaedics/Trauma is desirable
