Clinical Operations Manager
We are currently recruiting for an exciting senior opportunity with a leading homecare provider in Dublin South.
This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare professional who combines strong clinical knowledge with business development and operational leadership experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving service growth across HSE and private sectors while supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead business development initiatives across HSE and private healthcare sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HSE stakeholders, hospitals, PHNs, discharge teams, and community networks
• Support operational teams to ensure safe, compliant, and effective service delivery
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, tenders, and service lines
• Provide clinical leadership and support across operations and quality standards
• Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in care delivery
Requirements:
• Experience in homecare, community care, or healthcare services
• Proven background in business development, operations, or service growth
• Strong understanding of HSE structures, referral pathways, and HIQA standards
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and leadership skills
• Clinical qualification desirable
