FRS Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading medical hospital in Mullingar to recruit an experienced and motivated CNM3 (Theatre). This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic nursing professional looking to progress into a senior management role within a high-performing theatre department.
About the Role
As CNM3, you will provide strong clinical leadership, oversee theatre operations, and drive service development and quality improvement initiatives within the department. This service will also consider long term CNM2 Theatre that have strong experience.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the theatre nursing team

Ensure high standards of patient care and safety

Contribute to clinical governance, audit, and service development

Oversee operational management within the theatre department

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote excellence in care delivery
Requirements
-
NMBI Registered Nurse (or equivalent)
-
Minimum 5 years’ post-registration experience in an acute hospital
-
Minimum 2 years’ management experience at CNM3 level or equivalent
-
Postgraduate qualification in Perioperative Nursing (or related field)

Proven leadership and operational management experience

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills

Demonstrated experience in quality improvement and clinical governance
