Clinical Nurse Manager II – Theatre | Waterford
FRS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager II to join a leading hospital in Waterford. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a pivotal leadership role in managing theatre operations, coordinating staff and resources, and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise theatre staff, ensuring optimal patient care
- Plan, coordinate, and review theatre services and workflows
- Promote evidence-based practice and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support staff development
- Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
Qualifications & Experience:
- Registered with NMBI (General Division)
- Minimum 5 years theatre experience in an acute hospital setting
- At least 2 years in a management or leadership role in theatre desirable
- Peri-Operative Care course desirable
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
Salary & Benefits:
- €61,249 – €75,143 per annum (37 hours/week)
