Clinical Nurse Manager 2 – Mental Health Hospital, Dublin City

Location: Dublin City
Hours: 39 hours/week (Monday to Sunday, includes some night duty)
Salary: €60,000 – €71,000

Requirements

• Registered with the NMBI as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse(or eligibility to register)

• Minimum five years post-qualification experience, including at least 2 years as a CNM1

• Experience in a healthcare/hospital setting, including acute mental health care

• Clinical experience in palliative care is desirable

• Strong clinical, managerial, and administrative competencies

• Experience managing staff, budgets, and workforce planning

• In-depth knowledge of Mental Health Commission requirements, leadership, and governance

• Experience working collaboratively within a clinical team and understanding of Clinical Governance
