An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 1 to join a busy Day of Surgery Admissions Lounge (DOSAL) within a leading acute hospital in Dublin.
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an innovative, motivated, and clinically strong nurse leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and supporting multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Criteria

Registered on the General Division of the Register of Nurses maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)

2–4 years post-registration experience in an acute Irish hospital setting

Demonstrated clinical and professional competence

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and use own initiative

Strong organisational skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure

Good IT skills with proficiency in relevant systems and applications

Evidence of ongoing commitment to professional development

Ability to work effectively with staff at all levels of the organisation
Desirable Criteria

Recognised qualification and/or experience relevant to the specialty

Minimum of 1 year management or leadership experience

Completion of a recognised management training programme

Salary paid in line with Health Service Executive (HSE) Clinical Nurse Manager 1 payscales
