On behalf of our client, an established and growing Irish business in the water treatment and chemical supply sector, we are recruiting for a Business Services Manager to join their team on a part-time basis.
This is a key role within a small, dynamic organisation at an exciting stage of growth. The company is expanding into new markets in the UK and Ireland and is bringing on additional sales staff, creating a need for a highly organised professional to manage core business operations.
The role will combine hands-on administration with mid-level operational responsibilities, particularly in logistics, procurement, and order processing. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and taking ownership of essential business processes.
Key Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day administrative functions including:

Purchase Orders
-
Invoicing
-
Order processing (approx. 10–12 orders per week)

Coordinating logistics for the delivery and receipt of goods, including full container loads

Managing supplier relationships and sourcing competitive pricing

Supporting procurement activities for chemicals and related equipment

Liaising with logistics providers, freight partners, and external service companies

Supporting sales operations with administration and coordination tasks
-
Acting as the central point of contact for operational queries

Ensuring smooth and efficient processing of customer and supplier transactions

Maintaining accurate records and supporting general office organisation

Background in Executive Assistant, office management, or business support roles
Role Overview
