We’re hiring for a fast-growing Irish Series A SaaS company on a mission to transform how modern teams work. They’re now looking for a driven, commercially minded Business Development Representative (BDR) to help accelerate their pipeline growth and play a key role in scaling our go-to-market engine.

The Role

As a BDR, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth strategy — identifying high-potential prospects, creating meaningful conversations, and generating qualified opportunities for our sales team.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and prospect target accounts through outbound channels including email, LinkedIn, calls, and events
  • Research prospects and personalise outreach to create high-quality engagement
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to uncover business needs and pain points
  • Book meetings and generate pipeline opportunities for Account Executives
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and targeting
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM systems
  • Continuously test, learn, and optimise outreach strategies
  • Become a trusted first point of contact for prospective customers

What They’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Resilient, coachable, and naturally curious
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Experience using tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
