They’re now looking for a driven, commercially minded Business Development Representative (BDR) to help accelerate their pipeline growth and play a key role in scaling our go-to-market engine.
The Role
As a BDR, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth strategy — identifying high-potential prospects, creating meaningful conversations, and generating qualified opportunities for our sales team.

What You’ll Do
- Identify and prospect target accounts through outbound channels including email, LinkedIn, calls, and events
- Research prospects and personalise outreach to create high-quality engagement
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to uncover business needs and pain points
- Book meetings and generate pipeline opportunities for Account Executives
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and targeting
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM systems
- Continuously test, learn, and optimise outreach strategies
- Become a trusted first point of contact for prospective customers
What They’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation (SaaS experience preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
- Resilient, coachable, and naturally curious
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience using tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
