Business Development Manager – National Foodservice
Are you a commercially driven sales professional with a passion for the Foodservice sector? We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to manage and grow an established portfolio of high-value clients across Ireland, driving sales, upselling, and margin growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop a N ational Foodservice client base, including QSRs and Manufacturers
- Identify opportunities to increase sales, expand product range, and maximise margins
- Manage a channel P&L, including budgets, forecasting, and pricing strategies
- Develop and execute account strategies across Ireland to achieve growth targets
- Build strong internal relationships across technical, marketing, operations, and finance teams
- Ensure operational efficiency, stock optimisation, and compliance with company policies
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales / Foodservice Account Management
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing margins and pricing
- Track record of developing existing accounts and driving revenue growth
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, strategic, and comfortable managing a national portfolio
