Our Dublin based client is a global leader in Logistics Solutions seeking a Business Development Manager, with a p roven track record in Sales or Business Development, within Logistics, Supply Chain, and Contract Logistics or related sectors. You will work across four main industries: Automotive, Technology, Medical/Pharma, and General Logistics, providing Logistic solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and convert new business opportunities across the Irish logistics market.

Engage potential clients through networking, meetings, and value-based selling.

Manage and grow a select portfolio of existing accounts.

Build long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

Maintain a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools and data insights.

Prepare and deliver proposals, tenders, and commercial presentations.

Collaborate with operations and implementation teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service excellence.
Profile : Proven track record in Sales or Business development, within Logistics, Supply chain, and Contract Logistics ideally or related sectors.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and close new business opportunities.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.

Confident in building relationships and managing stakeholders at all levels.

Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve targets.

Experience managing CRM systems and maintaining structured sales pipelines.

Full clean driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
