They partner with industrial and manufacturing customers to streamline inventory, improve efficiency, and deliver cost-saving supply chain solutions across a wide range of industrial products. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking 3 ambitious, hunter-style Business Development Executives to cover dedicated territories across:
- Dublin
- Cork
- Limerick & Waterford
Business Development Executive
The successful candidates will be pure business development professionals, focused on identifying, targeting, and winning new industrial and manufacturing customers within their assigned territory. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious salespeople who thrive on opening doors, building pipelines, and delivering consistent revenue growth in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and win new business opportunities across the territory
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve and exceed targets
- Build strong relationships with industrial and manufacturing customers
- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting and networking
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
- Use CRM systems to track sales activity, opportunities, and performance
- Maintain and grow selected strategic customer accounts where applicable
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in a business development, sales, manufacturing, or service industry role
- Proven track record in a hunter/new business sales environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (ERP/CRM experience desirable)
- Full driving licence required
